It’s my immense pleasure to know that Export Competitiveness for Jobs (EC4J) Project is launching MEET BANGLADESH platform in order to promote Bangladesh as a preferred sourcing hub for the four targeted export sectors. I am confident that, this will usher in a new era of export marketing and branding Bangladesh in the international arena.
MEET BANGLADESH campaign is expected to consolidate Bangladesh’s position in the global supply chain map by engaging international brands, buyers and sourcing agents. The platform will showcase the quality of products made in Bangladesh and capability of manufacturers to the world, while enabling greater integration with the global value chain. In addition to that, it will allow foreign buyers to know firsthand the opportunities as well as business benefits of sourcing from Bangladesh. The platform provides an excellent opportunity to highlight the amazing development Bangladesh has achieved and the dynamic transformation of our manufacturing industries in the last one decade.
